Oakmont Technologies was founded in Dallas in 2018 by Caleb Marsh and Anita Rao — two enterprise software veterans who had spent their careers watching teams waste enormous time managing data across disconnected tools.
The pain they kept seeing: businesses with 15–30 software tools, none of them talking to each other, with operations teams spending 30–40% of their time on manual data transfer, reconciliation, and reporting. They built Oakmont to solve that.
